The first five shots are using an early 1980's BSA Airsporter MkIII, fitted with a contemporary 4x32 scope. The remaining shots are with with a Weirauch HW95k on open sights.

The sixth shot misses, although there's not much cabbage left to hold up any of the pellets after the archery yesterday, so three and four do only pass through it pretty superficially...

Both rifles are below the 12ftlbs limit for FAC, (lazily) both are using the same pellet - BSA Interceptor, a hollow tipped .22.

... and I like those gulls very much indeed, so any predictable comments about culling them will not get posting approval.
