Thanks so much for the video! You have re-motivated me to get started on machine quilting. Does your new Gammil have the intellistitch? If you don't mind me asking, how on earth did you afford the Gammil Stattler set-up. I've been drooling over all the long arm machines, but just can't afford one. If you know a secret, will you pass it on to me?

Is there a frame that doesn't require so much work to use? I mean this would make me say just forget it.

They came with the Grace frame, I would assume you could contact the company, they may sell them. They sure were nice!

Thanks for the video, Thinking of getting a Little Gracie 2. Why did you choose this frame? What would I need in addition to what is included?

We chose this frame because we found it on Criagslist and it was a good price. We loved it, but have now sold it to move on to a longarm. I think if you were to get one, I would get the extra rail for the batting, (keeps the kittens from playing in the batting) the light is wonderful as well. This was a nice frame and was easy to use.

I really want to thank you for this film. I've had my machine for awhile and had no idea how to start. Is there any way you could do a film on putting the 3 pieces of the quilt on the frame?

Hi, We have since sold this frame and moved on to a Gammill/Statler. But, load the backing piece first- find the center and work outwards, pinning as you go. Then lay (dont pin) the batting, have it 4 inches bigger and clamp the tension clamps to the batting and backing only. Find the center of the top and pin that one to both leaders. Then roll it back and forth a few times, it should straighten out. Send me a message if you need more help. Would be glad to call you if you need more help.
