Yu Mobile now says it is willing to pay royalties to Safaricom, if the mobile operator were to open up its M-Pesa money transfer service to the other networks. The Essar network's country manager told NTV's Larry Madowo on today's PM Live that number portability had failed to take off because subscribers don't want to lose their mobile commerce connection. Madhur Taneja says Safaricom is still a dominant player that needs checking.
@almunjama They contribute nothing. How much do they steal? Even VAT is not spared! Remember Nakumat's 300m VAT supression some 10 yrs ago! They enslave other kenyan tribes and pretend to pay them. On top of underpaying they abuse them. They are racists who have imported their archaic caste system into our country. These people have refused to integrate with the rest of the society and they only rear their heads where there is money to be made, and easy money at that. Now what!

@tyondomeet How much do they contribute to our budget?? Go to KAM and tell me how many Indians own those industries and employ lot of natives. What do our natives do? spread hate, tribalism and prejudice just like the way you are being prejudiced to Indians for nothing.

The playing ground should be levelled to make business fair and competitive. However, like so many kenyans I dont trust these people from indian tribe. they constitute less than 1% of the population but contribute 95% to corruption index: goldenberg, triton, anglo leasing, upper hill judiciary building... mention.
