95 year old woman taken from her family after living in their home for over 30 year. The courts forced this guardianship because the family squabble over her finances. Dont all familys squabble? Why does that give the court the power to appoint a guardian, who is a total stranger, to do what the guardian thinks is "in her best interest"? Once a guardian is appointed over the person an property, that person loses all of their civil rights. They can no longer make their own decisions about anything, and only the guardian can access the money or assets, and in addition to getting a fee for being the guardian, can sell any house the person owns or evict family members. NJ Essex County Probate Judge Walter Koprowski admitted in case CP-0136-2009 that he and Judge Joseph P. Brennan intentionally held documents that were intended for filing but did not notify the author for over 12 months. The Judges are accused by next of kin of three counts of bribery. The Judge issued sanctions against next of kin without the required 28 day notice this denying next of kin full right to be heard. The Judge refuses to remove Guardian Vanessa D. Taylor for incompetence.
