Carapintadas

The carapintadas (Painted Face), were called like that because of their use of camouflage paint, they were rightmost military activists who took part in uprising between 1987 and 1990 against the governments of Raúl Alfonsín and afterward Carlos Menem in Argentina. Narrated with television, radio and graphic material, Carapintadas reconstructs the uprisings of this group to stop the trials against the military dictatorship members.

Los carapintadas, llamados así por su uso de pintura de camuflaje, fueron activistas militares de extrema derecha que llevaron a cabo alzamientos entre 1987 y 1990 contra los gobiernos constitucionales de Raúl Alfonsín y luego de Carlos Menem en Argentina. Narrado con archivo de televisión, radio y grafica, Carapintadas reconstruye los levantamientos del grupo para detener los juicios contra los protagonistas de la dictadura militar.
