Rosé wines are best enjoyed at Tupperware parties...
They are to wine what Starbucks' "Americano" is to Espresso: A watered down version of the real thing. Best thing with salads is pure water, wine is for the next dish, cheese.

I'm sure you have a wide and wonderful selection of wines to choose from. What's your favorite food and wine from Aix en Provence? Here in Brooklyn, I think we are best known for Junior's Cheesecake, Nathan's Hot Dogs, and of course Pizza. I can match a wine with each one. Thanks for watching, best hj

The L'Alycastre and the Contini are really mouth filling and delicious, almost like light red wines. If Starbucks sold coffee as good as these wines, I would frequent them far more often.
