Three of the baddest brothas ever in the game. I hate to say it but Bobby still looks like he is struggling. (Can you say Pookie, from New Jack City.) I hope he's got his act together. And more than that I hope these three put together a slammin' album. Long live New Edition, Jodeci, Boys II Men (the first album), Men at Large, Levert, Mint Condition, and the rest of the soulful R&B groups from the 90's. Without you I would have graduated high school still a virgin.

@MrBIGAGAPE1 I agree. and yeah that's the way puffy wanted it. He wanted their targeted audience to be young and wanted them to basically change who they were. They didnt like that so they bounced.

@lword1970 I think that LA Reid was referring to how Bobby's Don't Be Cruel did so huge on many formats and platforms, on the R&B, pop and dance formats and it was really hard to top that with his Bobby and Forever albums. Forever from 1997 was the one that really flopped, came out, had only one minor hit and then just tanked and vanished from the charts.

Ouch! Did Johnny slam their last album, which was on Diddy's Bad Boy Records? Maybe he wasn't happy with the songs they recorded on that album from 2004 on Bad Boy.

@BLACKFONZIRELLI I think that Bobby did very well for its time, yet following a hugely successful album in Don't Be Cruel was hard. Plus the music scene had changed a bit in 4 years with alternative bands and rap dominating the charts and Bobby's style of R&B on 1992's Bobby just went blank on some people. And Bobby was starting to producing more on this album, especially the album's second half with Babyface and Teddy Riley handling the first half.

I loved it when that lady was trying to sing Johnny Gill's gruffy "Let me/Let me show you how sweet it's gonna be" line on his 1990 hit My My My! So FUNNY!
