The students at Lake High School created a death ray out of a satellite dish and 14,000 square inches of mirror. The sunlight becomes concentrated and can reach extremely high temperatures...all for the sake of math.
which kind of mirrors, what are they glued down with, how did you clean the fiberglass satellite receiver dish so the glue would stick, will it cook things without having to turn (rotate) the pot as it's cooking, does the pot need to be black (and heavy duty), can one use some sort of diode and make this so it keeps track with the sunlight, please?
Thank you very much for this video, but I sure would appreciate some direction - please?
@looksintolasers if he does, he will cover sunlight, so he will be fine
