Blackberry Torch 2 (9810) - Test Video - HD 720

Testing the HD video (720) on my new 'Torch 2' or 9810, whatever you want to call it. In good light, I think the video is surprisingly good, for a phone. That's the key statement: 'for a phone.' It seems to snap into focus pretty well and the exposure is pretty nice. I think it would not do as well in dimly lit rooms, but outside it's pretty nice. Since there's no real stabilization, the video is shaky because you can't hold it very well. There's a stabilized option in the menu, but when you enable that, it sort of zooms in the frame and you lose a lot of the scene. It sort of crops the video so it's like it's zoomed in. Not good for when you need a wider shot.

I like it....but if I had to pick, I would pick the Droid phone. The BB 9810 is pretty nice though.

@dreammaker23 I recently got the Torch 9810. I had a couple months ago, the Torch 9800. I got rid of the 9800 because of how slow and cheap it was. I got the 9810 to see how it was, and let me tell you... it was amazing. I'm still using it. It's fast at everything... internet, taking pictures, etc. and the graphics are cleaner. The video and image quality are stunning and 100x better than the 9800. If you look at my channel, It shows how the video is. Comment on it if you want to see more,

Great video mate! I'm about to get mines tomorrow.. I decided to upgrade to something new than an iPhone 4s. I did some research and found something different than Apple & Android. My question is, would I be please? Are you pleased with the new blackberry torch? Thanks again for showing us a preview of this amazing camera!
