Dany Yoghurt - wacky kids TV Commercial with cute dog

This is yet another one of those animal themed TV commercials I found myself directing a number of years ago when I seemed to have struck gold with "dumb and cute animal" commercials. See also "Mexicasa" and "Honda CR-V" for the whole picture! This ad featured a great Jack Russel called, "Batman" and this was his first ever film/TV appearence. The dog was great to work with and endured all sorts of film shoot indignity. During the "space walk sequence" the dog was suspened by wires six feet off the ground in front of a green screen. In between takes he dangled forlornly dressed in his specially designed space suit (with the rear end free for tail action!) waiting for some serious direction. Although we recorded various dog barks and yelps on location, I ended up doubling for most of the dog's reactions! value for your Aussie dollar - directing and dog dubbing!
