  • Justice, this is a great tutorial. But I tend to twist to early, is there any technique to help me twist at the right time?

  • arch in the middle of the layout then twist after the arch,

    you can also try to reach twice with the arms one small reach on big then twist

    or do 3/4 back to stomach and work a late half twist there for a while

  • man i was waiting for you to make a tutorial! this was really helpful. (you should make one on front twisting)

  • @frangi I started competing this year and I've lost my confidence in rotating backwards. I keep twisting when I don't want to and I'm not sure how I can overcome this obstacle. Any suggestions?

  • try back pull over (look at your legs while on your back)

    back pike from one bounce (look at your feet while flipping over)

    on both skills glue your arms to your ears and don't drop them at all during the flip.

    get comfortable then re adjust your head position to neutral the whole time to help.

  • I twist way too early on my full. It feels like i have no control after i take off. i twist at around "8 or 9 o'clock" is there anyway to fix this.

  • You need to wait before you twist. You're twisting right when you hit and that causes you to go to one side depending on which way you twist.

  • can you help me because when i do a back full I always move to the left in mid-air???

  • i made front full. but on double mini trampoline!

  • I could have done with this tutorial a couple months back, but it's still definitely not too late as I'm moving onto double fulls in the new year so all advice will be taken! Thanks Justice!

    I see in the comments here, you're thinking about doing one for front somersaults too? That would also be very awesome, I'm all for it :)
