  • I think that he refers to the framing of the tune ... meaning that it should be framed or paced at a constant beat. Honestly, with all the triplets, this is a great effort and you have some real talent. Keep it up!

  • You're probably right about the pace. But I think he means, don't be so rigid. I was using a metronome. When I screwed up, notes were left behind so I could keep up with the timing, like you'd do if you were playing with a band. I also played all three parts at the exact same speed, which probably wasn't the best idea.
