Nearly 50 YEARS ON or HALF a CENTURY LATER
our beloved MALTA has still NOT achieved bringing EUROVISION home .
SAD but TRUE FACT.

jon lukas woodenman ( Mr. CAN't AffORD to LOSE ) Malta's first artist ever in its music history to achieve a hit record abroad has followed EUROVISION for many years watching it from outside Malta and feeling gutted each consecutive year Malta failed reaching No. 1. The ONLY place making any sense in this contest.
Throughout these 40 odd years he watched from the outside looking in and not with the aspect of everybody else concerned namely from here out.
He has noted our past failings thoroughly.
He has this late September 09 been commissioned by Adrian Saliba of REWIND PRODUCTIONS who envisaged a catchy,soulful earfriendly song maybe incorporating an innovative quirk of a subdued pet or puppet but produced in a modern credible musical style.
Hence woodenman created music, wrote lyrics to the main piece then co wrote bits of a middle eight section added together with RYAN in order to involve the lead singer deeper within the project.
He later fused a fun portion tastefully into it and arranged the music and vocals of the entire ensemble.
Also arranged and produced an effective live drum pattern executed by Patrick Camillieri with the engineering of Manolito at Lito's Recording Studios.
B'king vocals of Marthes and Amaryllis over the underlying wicked soul voice of Amber Bondin, final mixes with Elton at his Ta Xbiex studios.
Daniel Chirchop added his mid lead vocal of DUMINKA then woodenman took down RYAN DALE with his final fine textured lead vocal.

Adrian Saliba approved the song and amended its title to :

ONE 4 U
