    them trumpets sound incredible. that arpeggio at 1:30 that they trade in sequence is the best i ever heard. it sounds like it was one guy nailing it three times in a row, yet it was three guys nailing it all sounding like the same person

    Please,cool down... My comment does not imply any negative judgement. I just explained a mechanism, that's all. They are one of the best trumpet sections in the world and they make every possible effort to get the best result.

    Actually, that's a very typical trick used in the professional orchestras everywhere (and thats includes me). If, for any reason, the second or the third trumpet (that have been for long time playing notes in medium register), fails this high C o just sound not enought loud, the first trumpet that have been playing in that high register for more time doubles the note for maintain the quality of sound. And it sounds fantastic!!. Is that negative?? I completely say "no"!!!!
