Dhcr since Guliani became mayor does not check to see if rates are true that landlords are registering there. Landlords are doing rate sneaking there, circumventing rent control laws.

Any sro, hotel, if it was open 1969 or before in the original building it is rent stabilized. You have to pay the nightly rate to get in. Even after 5 minutes after registration you can present them a lease request. You are than a permanent tenant subject to rent stabilization laws under hotel sro rent stabilization laws. He told me to try another sro which I"m going to do tomorrow. Same thing is liable to happen. Landlords are crooks, Judges, Police do not do their jobs, allow crook deeds to fester. Dhcr government allow crook landlords deeds to happen. These Squatters are supported by me 1000 percent, to go aganst greedy New York landlords.

It was not a real trial. Judge Hahn told me, and the landlord to go outside the coutroom. I never had a chance to speak to judge. There was no cross examining of facts, each other. She told lawers to write their cases on pieces of paper. she would read both papers, and make up her mind. Case was decided behing closed doors. Was not a real trial. That was why I lost.
