Love this show- if only for the dresses and the fact that people actually recognize my halloween costume.
Biggest complaint: the gowns DO NOT take 10 seconds to get out of. It takes at least 10 minutes with help unless there is hidden velcro closures and if the corset is separate from the gown! I do appreciate the fact that the inaccurate wearing of french hoods with visible hair and no veil makes the job of making them easier- and an excuse to wear a dark wig.

I think the story has been changed. Many things do not correspond to history but I beleive the producers did that on purpose. Maybe they wanted to freshen up Englsh history. It's a great seri anyhow.

Omg! Hnery was so not 17 at the time the tudors was set! He and Catherine were in love and happily married when he was seventeen! Anne Boleyn was only ten yrs old at the time!!!!!
