A few words of reality. #1 The BBC is NOT an easy place for anyone to be hired. They hire the "creme de la creme." You can be OUTSTANDING in your field [a comment not directed at farmers] and still nto get hired - ever. #2 If they did not hire you for a position they were attempting to fill, wouldn't it be less likely that they might hire you for a position that you "create" a need for?
