Showcasing some style and techniques I'll be covering in my workshop at Florida Flow Festival this Nov. 4-6th in Lake Worth, FL! In Head Hooping and the Flow of Currents we will learn to hoop on our heads, freeing up our bodies for even more movement and creative dance! We'll learn about the currents we give to our hoops in off- body hooping, and if we let go in these currents we can achieve body rolls, duck-ins, contact moves and other techniques. Thinking about our hoop dance from a different perspective and as more than just sets of tricks, opens us up to our own creative flow!
