In this video, Mr. Prasse stressed why teachers need to know what RTI is all about, so they could follow and help with the full implementation. With the collaboration effort of administrators, counselors, psychologists, and teachers RTI could work on any school level. When teachers have the right understanding of RTI, they would know what document to use in each level. They could also make modifications where necessary , and make it a success.
