Not the most exciting video but I still find it interesting.

This video demonstrates the water flow generated by a sponge (Craniella arb, the grey puffball sponge) as it draws water in through small pores on the surface of the sponge by beating small ciliated cells called choanocytes. Food suspended in the water is collected by these cells as it moves through various tiny chambers before being expelled through the small hole at the top called an osculum.
