The registrations in the music don't call for mixtures, and to me it doesn't sound like he's using them. I could be wrong though.

There's definately no mixtures in there ;)

I think a nice string stop would fit perfectly in there too though.

Yes it is Jan van de Laar, I know Jan personally and this is Jan van de Laar.
