Meet John Doe clip (Gary Cooper) video cleaning demo

This video cleaning demo didn't turn out so well. The first clip is untreated. I "fixed up" the second. I tried to brighten it and remove a lot of the noise. Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge needed to remove all the dust and hairs from the film. I used Final Cut's 3-way color corrector to brighten the picture a little. But I don't really know what I'm doing yet! It doesn't really matter anyway, since YouTube's compression makes everything look so bad, you can't see the difference in the second clip.

This scene is from "Meet John Doe" with Gary Cooper, Walter Brennan and Barbara Stanwyck. Cooper and Brennan play "doohickies" (harmonica and ocarina). LOL. A cute movie.
