@jetgui1 Sorry no, he has one blue 15kg plate and three yellow 10kg plates per side. That's 110kg (242 lbs) including the bar. Still impressive.

Check out my new vid of me hitting 315 on benchpress at 148ibs. Check it out and let me know what you think.

45lbs plates which totals at 405 lbs so quit hatin on Jay. His form is flawless and explosive. Those are pec reps which hit the chest more per rep and also keeps constant tension. Stop with this plate color bs. This is 405 lbs. And dont say hes not big when hes 5'9 and 290 lbs off season weight of all muscle. You try getting that big with or without steriods. Thats is dedication.

Well done jay. Awesome. Fuck all the haters and carry on doing your thing.

@Danzerfaust. @Kobbain lives in Iceland like I do. I have also trained in this gym for years and belive me (us), their plates are the wrong colours.

@Danzerfaust Yes they are wrong Mr. Sarcastic. Look, it's not my fault but I know for a fact that I'm right because I've trained there many times. I probably live in Iceland since this is in Iceland...
