I'm a black belt I master this kick when I was a red belt so therefore its is a difficult kick for some people no matter what belt

I can do this kick surprisingly well and high with only 20 or so minutes of practice and Ive never had a single day of martial arts. Its not so hard once you understand the technique. Thanks for the video for teaching me this!
