This is a classic Everly brothers tune. The score was written and first recorded by Gilbert Bécaud. The lyrics were penned in French by Pierre Delanoë. It moves me. I played my Cigar box guitar, drums, bass, wurlitzer, whistled, sang, and whistled in that order. I used my looper to record this. That means there was no editing or mixing after the fact. The lead vocal and opening whistle were one straight take.

  • Sounds great! Looks like the sound might be off a little with the actions though. Or is it just me. Love watching you work and hearing the compilation of it all when you're done.
