ALTERNATIVE WAY OF BUILDING NGV ,SIMILAR TO THOMAS KAMPS TURBINE .THE MAIN THING TO WATCH IS HAVE MINIMUM SEE THROUGH WHEN VIEWED STRAIGHT ON AND KEEP ANGLE TO 37 DEGREES MAX .OVER LAP OF BLADES IS NOT GOOD BUT SEEN THROUGH WILL STOP IT WORKING OR RUN VERY HOT AS THE EXITING GAS TAKES A STEEPER ANGLE

  • yout lathe looks like a colchester bantam, by looking at the 4 jaw chuck, mine is this

  • its a colchester chipmaster 600 5x20 with 3 & 4jaw chuck +collet chuck you need a lot of machinery for jet building i also made a spot welder which is much easier on thin sheet

  • @reedy93 like what kind of machinery does one need?

  • @Reintjuh100 small lathe ,spot welder, mig welder, all the normal engineering hand tools and lots of enthusiasm.
