Fox like dhx 5.0 coil could be great. But I think Avalanche DHS will be best for it. What do you think? Did you heard any reviews about it?

@Travor888 the Fox would be a great choice, as for the Avalanche ive heard they are awesome but are somewhat pricy, and hard to find.

5th element? Is it good enough? I've got the same frame with Manitou Swinger 4-way coil and it breaks on drops. I'm looking for another one.

@Travor888 it came on the bike when i bought it used last year, i havent hit to many huge drops with the bike yet, but i have yet to come close to bottoming it, and i run mine on the 6 inch setting, i would suggest this or something by Fox you couldnt go wrong there.

Your frame of the '05 year? What shock do you use?

@Travor888 Yes it is an 05, the shock is a 5th element with a shiver fork
