Rush Limbaugh - How Wealth is Created and How it is Not

You cannot have a command-and-control economy. You cannot have, as your standard operating procedure, the notion that you are going to transfer from earners to non-earners or from producers to non-producers and create wealth.

What has to happen is an accompanying change of structure, free markets -- and even then, with free markets, not everybody is going to be wealthy. Not everybody is going to be as prosperous as others. You are still going to have gradations of it, of income and wealth. You can divvy ours up into five quintiles, which is done for study purposes. Bottom fifth, second fifth, third fifth, middle fifth, the top fifth, whatever. You could divide it into tenths or quarters if you want to, but you're still gonna have a disparity, and the best efforts to make everybody the same always fail. It's not possible.

What is he talking about? The problem was oppression of Egyptian people, not economics. The sad thing is we supported him, of course he kept peace with Israel so this is a very complicated situation.

The non islammic iranian refugee group formed, might be a candidate for a state! if iranians ever got desperate to go back, which is unlikely, and if the time is right.. it could happen..given enought time!

I see a wikipedia article titled name_of_iran looks like both names are ancient.. What religion were your grandparents in persia? Maybe you Iranians that want iran back pre islam, should get together on facebook! You'd need a v large number of people.. You're not united by a religion anymore it seems, but maybe could be by a pluralistic ideology.. .. and push for a state within iran.

@bolius1 Yeah they toppled the Persian empire. Iranians still call themselves Persian and we definitely are not Arab. Spread the WORD! Haha... The problem is people assume iran is iraq or is an arab country. The government is trying to destroy the honorable Persian history but the people still know what they are and what they aren't that's why the young people in Iran try to protest. The ONLY country the US should help is Iran, not Libya, not Egypt. If they really want to spread democracy

Looks like it got islamized/arabized long before then though, in Mohammed's time.. Weren't things bad even then? Why do they call it Iran now, and Persia before?

@bolius1 Basically just look up anything about the Iranian revolution. Iran was "aryan" Iranian... See??? It's cool! haha the TRUE Aryan race. Iran had a great tradition of poetry, science, architecture, everything. THe persian empire was bigger then Rome at its height. Islam took a beautiful and innovative people and threw them hundreds of years back in time. It's disgusting. They just want power and they destroyed Iranian society, Iranians are ashamed to return home now because of it.

@bolius1 Look at the "islamic republic of Iran" now. That's what Arab/Muslim influence did to Iran... The Revolution (which my Dad got away from) created an Islamic state. Execution for adultery, women covering up, corruption, violence, ignorance. This all happened after the revolution. People thought they were getting democracy like in the Middle East today, but they were wrong. Persians were Zorastrian historically and many other religions, I was raised Presbyterian Christian in the US

"moderates" won't do anything. At best you might have extremist muslims with a still terrible, but kinder islam, debating extremist muslims with the more barbaric islam, and showing that their position is more true to islam. Islam is about going back to mohammed. Are there any resources about what arabs/islam did to Persia, the atrocities, and what % in iran/persia want it back to how it was? what was the religion or religons there before islam? Are you of that religion?

@bolius1 As a persian I can see your point because Iran has been destroyed by Arab and Islamic influence... It's so sad. I hope we have the courage to fight. And pray that moderate muslims start speaking up for once and fighting back against the islamist murderers. That's the only way we will win, if the muslims realize that the enemy is within their religion and they push it out.
