Creatine can be the bomb, huh? It can mess you up if you don't drink enough water. I know from experience in college.
The WadeMaxMix - available in stores... may cause temporary blindness. :P
and bloody stool.
LOL :P that "creatine muscle" will cause you to GAIN weight so if you are hovering you should still be losing fat! NICE!
