This is a Philadelphia story that needed to be told! Just like the underground graffiti art movement the underground knowledge movement the poverty the corrupt city government and a whole host of other stories that dont get attention.I mentioned the criminal organizations becuase they were more relevant.BTW in the past Philadelphia had a homicide rate of about 500 a year....people NEEd to know these things!
