This is mostly the beginning 5 minutes and 49 seconds of the film, VENUS OF MARS, which was used as a sort of teaser/trailer for film festivals for about two years, before the film was finished.

The song is "Poison," which is the last track on the 2000 All the Pretty Horses album RUIN. It's my favorite song of theirs. "Poison" is also on the free bonus CD that comes with the Venus of Mars DVD -- so, buy the DVD and the song is yours!

When i first saw this band i hated myself more for being such a coward hiding in the closet. Venus in a way inspired me to transition, and for that she will always have a sweet place in my heart. *hugs*
