You don't know why you're hungry? You aren't eating enough. Stop fasting and eat more when you do eat. You can't just stop eating and expect not to be hungry, just like you can't not put gas in your car and expect for the gas light not to come on. It sounds to me like you have unreal expectations when it comes to food.

I do think your ADD has a lot to do with it. I think if you get that taken care of your food addiction will diminish significantly. I know I can't relate necessarily, but food addiction is undoubtedly the hardest thing to break, because unlike drugs and alcohol, etc., you have to eat to survive. I'm sorry if I haven't always been 100 percent supportive, I just want you to be happy and healthy, but it gets frustrating I know, I just don't want you to overdo it is all. Take care bestie <3

Congrats on being in school! That's amazing!! :) A couple months ago I didn't weigh myself for 2 weeks and I totally binged the whole time. One morning I woke up after binging and I was like "I don't care what the scale says! I have to weigh myself!" Guess what the scale said! I was the same weight! I thought I gained all this weight and I didn't gain anything! I think if you weigh yourself you will be surprised! :) Love you sweetie!! <3
