Look no further than Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth" to see that truth and wisdom can be imparted and be made compelling in and of itself. Of course, there was levity in the lecture, but it wasn't *the* lecture. Eckhart Tolle is also very good at this.

When you make a joke out of everything, especially with something as serious as global warming, it sounds more arrogant and obnoxious than informative to many.

Cool. Well done. I hadn't seen the Swami in a cartoon yet. But i saw him live twice and would return anytime. He came to little famous Fairfield Iowa yesterday and took us all (transcendental meditators and non-meditators alike) into a state of laughter beyond bliss. So much wisdom in a such a fun way.
