From the Surf-Pop-Punk No-Fi band Wavves, No Hope Kids. Yep, it's supposed to sound like this, heavily distorted and cheaply recorded. Their last album, Wavvves, was just released and I advise you to pick it up if you can.

Unintelligible lyrics and music that sounds like static-- this isn't "the shit;" it's just shitty. I guess the secret to hipster music success is creating something so god awful that no one could possibly like it, thereby making it "original" and "hip."
