I was born in 1982, and I got the Atari 2600 as a hand-me-down for Christmas from my big cousin in what must have been around 1988. Watching this video was incredible, because I haven't thought or heard about this game in over 20 years. Thank you for a crazy nostalgia trip!

You might like Brotherhood of Leet on my youtube channel - a re-imagining of WW2 dramas like Band of Brothers as if they were set during the 8 bit wars of the 1980s where Nintendo and Sega are waring nations.

Enduro is class but i also loved Pole position on the 2600 for different reasons.Pole Position has quirky controls and handling but if trying for high score ie without crashing or slowing, it then becomes 3 or 4 minutes of intense fun where risk equals reward - exactly like Pitfall only shorter. The satisfaction is at how much score you get at the end.Crap it aint even if it is rough in comparison to the typical Activision polish that is Enduro
last christmas day, i played "tennis" for the Atari 2600. very entertaining tennis game believe it or not

I can believe it. Despite the often dodgy graphics, when programmers weren't being too ambitious, 2600 games are often extremely playable.
