  • @calwaite As there is no "0" year, decade, or century, the decade of the 50s started on January 1, 1951. It's the same with the millenium, the one we're in now started on January 1, 2001, not 2000.

  • @theoriginalbadbob Uh, I don't think so. The 50's decade was January 1, 1950 through December 31, 1959 -- that's 10 years, exactly.
