  • i do crossfit too. but i dont do pushjerks. i only do the core workouts. crossfit isnt some "crazy awesome for everything" workout. remember that.

    hes driving with his heels, hes just coming up on his toes a bit after he jumps the weight up, which is fine because there is hardly any weight on his toes
