John McCain was not born in America. He was born in Panama. Which raises issues on whether he is allowed to be president.

  • Guess what you moron. Citizenship does not allow just anyone to be the President. Only those born in the United States have that privilege.

John McCain was born in Panama he was born in a US territory and is considered a US citizen. Being a citizen is not the litmus test the founders directed when they wrote the requirements to become the President.

A territory is not the United States. The United States is one of the 50 states. Panama and Germany are sovereign Countries. You moron

  • He isn't a natural born citizen, and not eligible. I put up a video about it too.

  • He could have been born of American parents crack pot,

  • @AcomsRazor1776 Actually anyone born on Military bases or at us embassies are american citizens by birth

  • that still doesn't negate, embassies, Military vessels, or US Territories ie. Purto Rico and at one time Panama.

  • @AcomsRazor1776 US Military bases and are NOT considered American Soil for one reason only. They don't buy the land from they are least buy the host of the country. The only time when it is considered American soil, is for citizenship purposes only. American Embassies are considered US Soil, thats because the us actually buys the land, and its not leased. look it up.

  • It's called a Grandfather Clause!

  • Natural Born Citizen only means born on Us Territory or US Soil You Putz. US Embassies, US Military Bases, US Territories, and US Military Ships are all sovereign US Soil.

  • test

  • Youre starting to sound like a broken record.

There have been 4 Presidential candidates whom were born in US territories. Apparently, they also qualified for President.

  • And the Panama Canal Zone doesn't belong to us anymore so that doesn't count as a united states territory.

  • No it doesn't it applies to anyone who lives with in the United States. Territories belong to the united states they don't grant them natural born citizenship unless born in one of the states. According to the constitution,
