2012 Toyota Yaris Edmonton Review

We just received our fist, 2012 re-designed Yaris from Toyota Canada.

Its exterior styling is sporty and edgier than ever before. And it comes in a variety of fun new colours. Yaris has always been known for its safety, reliability, fuel economy, and being fun to drive. Well none of that has been compromised, it's only gotten better - and the price is lower than it was in 2011.

For a small car, there's plenty of room for both people and cargo. The re-designed is not as high as last-year's model, but is longer, and has wider door openings making it easier to get into and out of, and offers 25% more of cargo space than last-year's model.

Inside the vehicle, you'll notice a two-tone look in the seats, and a whole new dash lay-out. Toyota has moved the gauges back to the traditional location in front of the driver. And notice the speedometer now goes up to 220 kilometers per hour? (But I don't recommend going that fast).

As with all the new 2012 Toyotas for sale here at Gateway Toyota, this model comes with a complimentary set of all season floor mats that help protect the interior. The standard audio system is much more compatible with your personal electronic devices. With standard bluetooth, you should never get a distracted driving ticket. And with a USB and auxiliary port, iPods and iPhones are a cinch to connect.

I LOVE the Yaris, the fuel mileage is incredible in all the years of the Yaris! I'll be moving from my Chevrolet HHR to a Yaris asap!
