Drug Rehab is how we win the "War on Drugs by sending addicts to Drug Rehabilitation instead of Jail or Prison. Which would also be beneficial for Corrections System because we would be sending less Non Violent offenders to Prison.

we as addicts paid for them, if we have no money, we won't be kicked out, we give what we have, if we have a dime, we spare a dime, if we have twenty to spare we throw a twenty in the hat at meetings.
