Hey Bert watch 3:03, 3:07 and 3:11 in that order and pay attention to the left leg. Each throw is better then the one before purely based on the left leg. You are keeping the left hip closed for a moment longer allowing for the ground forces of the left side to make the right a little more active. Just my two cents on a sunday night. I know that the left is not as important without a toe board, but there is a better reverse C and right side direction.
