I believe it's the elasticity in your skin. The more elasticity you have, the less you'll have stretch marks. Perhaps hydration helps, also.

this is a weird question but how did you not get stretch marks!! my mom sais its baby oil is this true?

@kendallea19 Just lucky I guess. I have two babies now and didn't get stretch marks with my second either.
