you probably hear this all the time man, but its well worth saying again: you got some wicked techniques! the han bo is just an awesome peace of tool. I made mine by cutting a broom stick. I can also put extensions on it to help me work on the first rib and also going down a little bit behind the clavicula to work on the scalene muscles. BTW, why do those suckers get so tight anyway? do you have some tips on taking care of the muscle structures of the neck? thanks!
