A crime is a crime but what Bush did was not illegal. The Constitution is not a suicide pact as my government teacher used to say. The president has the right to sign a executive order for national security reasons and "roughed up" any lunatic that may have information about atacks against Americans.Obama still hasn't given up his in spite of all his rethoric...if we were to follow your logic we'd have to put on trial all the ex presidents...
