@HCGurl23 but remember that episode where chris was in the bed and he thought jal was cassie and the nurse said that she thought jal knew about his disease due to the 'heriditary aspect' of it? and then jal looked shocked. i think it was both that and her future in music that made jal decide to abort. And there is a possibility that the drugs Chris took could have affected the baby. Chris literally downed & smoked anything. who knows what effects those drugs had? jal could've done things too.

@Chacha5678 , You know very little about fetal development. Sperm continually renews itself, so the influence of drugs in Chris' system really wouldn't have much of an overall effect on the health/development of the baby, considering that Jal was helping him to stay clean. Now had Jal been doing such...then fetal development possibly would have been affected. The main reason Jal got the abortion was because of her future in music, and I doubt she wanted to be a single parent.
