Im looking at the far right side of the picture and wondering why I cant see your reflection in the mirror. Then I realize that its a full lenght window...not a mirror....Doh!

Man, you weren't kidding when you wrote "beat down" in the title. Cleaned up right nice though. Very cool video.

@elpidi0526 thanks Matt. Since doing that 1 hour bash test (yes.. 1 hour) I've thinned the convex down a tad as its overbuilt, and adjusted the balance so that its more lively like the prototype. Its feeling pretty good, and the owner is happy with the testing and wants me to try some other things.

@mortarish It all comes down to good steel and appropriate edge geometry on the blade side. On the user side you need to make sure your cuts are clean and that the edge is aligned correctly with the direction of the blades motion.
