I've been in maintenance as far as my weight goes.
my farmers market is a rip off, its just old people that have gardens that bring the crap in they couldn't eat and it rots the next day. its on its last leg and they know it yet they sell it anyway. then there is the man that fills jars from drums of bakers grade honey and sells it a a premium price. the only honest one is the Mexican that sells tamales.

good vid: just affirmed my love for Farmers Markets and buying ingredients as opposed to packaged/processed food, you avoid Kosher fees as well..
