Winner, 2007 Film Your Issue, by Ethan Van Duzer, of Boulder, Colorado. Says Ethan, "My motivation to make the film spurred from my love for bikes. To me, bikes are very fun and practical, and a great means of transportation. I did not get a driver's license for monetary and environmental reasons, now I have embraced the activism to consume more moderately. I wanted to create a sincere message showing that it is important to start making conscious changes in our lives, and how it can be realistic to do so. Biking makes sense and works for me, I want others to see this and give it a try. I want to see change where people are actively considering the environment and maybe try something new like getting on a bike, because if you don't sweat a little bit now, we may end up sweating it much more later. Give a Hoot, Bike Commute; if that is not the answer for you, today is the day to find another way to give a hoot about the environment."
That's crazy you can't drive! Have you tried out a Trikke? Cool Video. Justin on Camano Island, WA.
