2) Trash U.S. Patriot Act - not done.
3) Close Gitmo; reprocess innocent prisoners to safer, better temporary prison in preparation to release to their native countries but prosecute & sentence guilty criminals in U.S. courts of law - not done.
4) Reinstate U.S. Constitution to 100% active; reactivating Habeas Corpus - not done.
5) Cut off funding for illegal spying & surveillance of Americans; trash FISA and Retroactive Immunity of Telecom companies so they're able to be prosecuted - done.
6) Preliminary redeployment of soldiers to reduce soldiers in Iraq by 1/4 - done.
7) Real estate & Housing mortgage crisis economic relief for financially damaged home owners & people left homeless (especially victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, surrounding Louisiana & Mississippi, living in flimsy FEMA trailers to be compensated for all financial & property losses; harsh punishment of real estate & housing industry for criminal fraud, monopoly & white collar theft - not done.
8) RAISING taxes of those making $4.7 Million and Higher to 40% INCOME Tax; extremely high fines on CEO's involved in white collar crimes that hurt millions of work force - not done.
9) RAISING taxes of those making $1.2 Million to $4.7 Million to 39% INCOME Tax; severe fines for corporate fraud, monopolizing of industries & violating anti-trust laws; high back pay to govt for illegal loopholes to avoid paying corporate taxes - not done.
10) RAISING taxes of those making $450,000 - $1.2 Million to 38% INCOME Tax - not done.
11) RAISING taxes of those making $289,000 - $450,000 to 37% INCOME Tax - not done.
12) LOWERING taxes of those making $229,000 - $289,000 to 18% INCOME Tax - done.
13) LOWERING taxes of those making $118,000 - $229,000 to 11% Income Tax - done.
14) LOWERING taxes of those making $97,000 - $118,000 to 8% Income Tax - done.
15) LOWERING taxes of those making $67,000 - $97,000 to 6% Income Tax - done.
16) LOWERING taxes of those making $34,000 - $67,000 to 2% Income Tax - done.
17) Trashing taxes on those making lower than $34,000 so no citizen making under $34,000, especially welfare recipients & disabled on Social Security Disability, do not pay any taxes - not done.
18) Emergency Raising of MINIMUM WAGE to $9.00/Hr; waiter wage before tips to $6.00/Hr - not done.
19) Trashing Ethanol corn fuel - not done.
20) Passing of Embryonic Stem Cell Research into Cures for All Diseases Passed Into LAW - done.
21) Net Neutrality Passed to PERMANENT LAW - not done.
22) Trashing all illegal changes of laws to bypass U.S. Constitution by Bush & Cheney, restoring proper balance of power between three branches of govt - done.
23) Alleviating INFLATION by recalling money from Corporations earned illegally, redistributed to Middle Class & Working Class in tax credits, other incentives & financial relief without printing additional money - not done.
24) Reactivation of all previous govt regulation of large corporations & additional regulations to punish & discipline them to watch out or else - not done.
25) Universal Healthcare Reform and Robust Public Option Passed into LAW - not done.
26) Reform of Capital Gains Tax only that hurt very small business & weaken them from competing so they can prosper well, grow & expand - done.
27) Tax credits & incentives to very small business to keep out of financial suffering & keep profits fair, fluid & ensure corporate growth as they are able to compete, stay flexible & expand to meet challenges of staying profitable even against big business, industry monopolies & large corporate competition - done.
28) Labor and worker's unions protected & strengthened to help organize unions to get rid more pensions, benefits and higher salaries - not done.
29) Agricultural Tax Credits and generous incentives for rural working class & farmers to protect their income & profit as well as way of life to keep them protected against large agri-business monopolizing various produce industry and destroying real rural farmers - not done.

Historically, dems of yesteryear r the Repubs of today & vice-versa. Recall that the Civil War South was yeller-dog dems (they'd rather vote 4 a yeller dog than a repub). The switch in political philosophy came right aft WW2; that's when Strom Thurmond created the dixiecrats b/c the dems were becomming too liberal. Yes, the whole difference between is that JFK was a Catholic and he used the (Universal) principles that he had learned from his mother and father and all of the Christian values for all of his life. It was too bad that his life ended so soon and it is again too bad that we havent gotten a person to replace him.
