This looks and sounds just like WXIA. It's a shame Gannett has taken all local identity away from its stations, just like Media General, Hearst-Argyle and Sinclair before them.

WZZM's slogan is: People Make The Difference... there graphics were a lot better before this package. It doesn't look like WZZM anymore.
I know a lot of people who have stopped watching WZZM because of it... It's strange, I know. They've went to channel 8.

To me, it looks like WZZM-13 is a test station for all Gannett stations. FYI: It sucks Gannett!

someone told me that the new gannett look is cheap. but i know it's not. these are so great graphics.
this color is the same color WLTX gannett graphics are.

The new logo needs to be tweak, but it 100x better than the old logo

If you listen close enough you can hear futuristic like sound effects, but the loud whoosh and voiceover cover it up, you have to turn up your speakers to hear it.
As for the open itself, I agree with what "MInews" says, I expected something better from them.

I don't. The colors....ugly, the new logo.. ugly...
and at the beginning of the intro, it sounds like a gunshot or a jet taking off....
now it is a gannett thing and it's not WZZM's fault.. but wow.. you would think gannett could do something better than that
